- 1 glass of water, freshly filtered
- 1 teaspoon barley grass juice powder
- 1 slice of ginger; thick just like you like
- Shot lemon ( approx. 1 tsp)
- Evt. a knife tip organic honey
put everything in a blender. Puree it until it is creamy.
