Cashew chocolate spread

 

100 grams of cashew nuts, natural

100 grams of dates without seeds

1-2 tablespoons real cocoa

 

Soak the cashe seeds and dates overnight in a bowl with a little water (slightly covered).

The next morning, pour off some soaking water and puree the cashews with the dates.

I take a “magic stick” ( stick mixer). Then add the cocoa and puree the mixture until it is creamy.

Voila – ready is a healthy, very tasty chocolate spread
