Homemade spreads can be so versatile and varied. With a few ingredients you can always conjure up delicious fantasies on the table – without sugar!

The heart beats purplish trees: fruity plums cream or plum smoth

 

250 grams of dried plums, without seeds

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1 knife tip vanilla

3 heaped tablespoons almond shards, toasted

 

  • lightly cover the plums with water overnight
  • Plums, soaking water (pour off if necessary beforehand and depending on how liquid you want it to pour it back), stir in lemon juice and spices in the blender creamy.
  • Taste… Finished! Tastes excellent on the “fast-dinkel-buckwheat bread
