Fast spelt buckwheat bread

400 grams spelt, finely ground

100 grams buckwheat, finely ground

2 teaspoons salt

2-3 tablespoons fruit vinegar (I take organic apple cider vinegar)

Dissolve 3/4 cubes of fresh yeast in 500 ml lukewarm water

one 3/4 cup (not cup ;-) ) Flaxseed, sesame and sunflower seeds


  • heat the oven (upper/lower heat) to 220°
  • Pour all the ingredients into a mixing bowl and stir for 5 minutes
  • Put the dough in a greased or baking paper box shape
  • Put the mould in the oven and bake the bread for 50 minutes
  • put out the oven and leave the bread in the closed oven for another 10 minutes

We love this bread. It is totally delicious, made quickly and everything smells so wonderfully of fresh, homemade bread.

We prefer to eat it fresh with some hot peppi or even with homemade plum sauce.

Eating bread together makes you talkative, happy and grateful :-)
